เมื่อวันนี้(4ส.ค.) กรมอุนิยมวิทยารายงานสภาพในช่วงวันที่ 4-5 ส.ค. ร่องมรสุมกำลังปานกลางพาดผ่านภาคเหนือ และภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน เริ่มมีกำลังอ่อนลง ประกอบมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ที่พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทยมีกำลังค่อนข้างแรง ลักษณะเช่นนี้ทำให้ประเทศไทยตอนบนมีฝนกระจายถึงเกือบทั่วไป และมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่งในภาคเหนือ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ด้านตะวันตกของภาคกลาง และภาคตะวันออก ส่วนคลื่นลมทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยตอนบนสูง 2-3 เมตรในระยะนี้
